Who we are

Premium Bar Hire supply event bars and wedding bar hire in the traditional pop-up variety and also in the form of converted vintage caravan bars and horse trailers across north Wales, Cheshire, the Wirral, Lancashire, Merseyside, Shropshire and the West Midlands.  All of our bars are capable of serving an extensive selection of bottled and draught lagers, ciders, ales and craft beers along with branded spirits, cocktails, wines, prosecco and champagnes.

Bars can be supplied on a fully stocked and staffed basis or on a dry hire basis, with or without staff – so everything except the liquids.  We also have drinks packages available to suit all pockets.

We can often provide a FREE hire service for events within a 35-mile radius of Chester covering The Wirral, Cheshire, Merseyside, Liverpool and north Wales.

How We Can Help – FAQ’s

How far do you travel?
We have attended events up to two hours travel time from our base. Travel time and transport costs may become payable if you are outside of our immediate area. If you are unsure, call us on 01244 794594.
What are you bar prices?
Our bar prices are very reasonable and are what you would expect in a regular bar or pub. Prices average around £4.00 per drink.

Can we provide our own table wine or alcohol?
Of course you can, its your event. If you opt for our Full Hire Service and wish to provide your own wine etc then we will be happy to supply our glassware and our staff will serve your guests. A small corkage charge will apply.
How does your staff hire work?
You just need to tell us how many staff, how long you need them for and where the event is. We will do the rest. Each booking requires a minimum of two staff for a four duration, this package is available from only £150.00.
